I come from a family of hardworking small business owners. I enjoy working with people, helping them in various situations, and getting to know them and their families from my first paper route for Newsday in my Long Island neighborhood to summer jobs as a hotel desk clerk, waiter, boat cleaner, and patio furniture salesman. Each endeavor has brought me a wealth of great lessons and amazing friendships.

I genuinely believe that the best way to get to know someone is by spending time with them, learning about their passions and what makes them unique. I am grateful for every opportunity that comes my way, and I approach each with enthusiasm and excitement.

In 1998, after working for several prominent law firms in Manhattan in the tax and estate planning groups, I decided to use my estate planning, tax, and real estate expertise to create a family-oriented boutique firm that allows me to take time to listen to my clients. As an estate planning attorney, it is especially gratifying for me to forge lasting relationships. Often clients do not detect the hidden pitfalls when developing their estate plan or take advantage of the strategies designed to save taxes and protect their loved ones. I enjoy helping my clients and guiding them through today’s opportunities in an easy-to-understand, step-by-step process.

We understand that everyone’s situation is unique, and we take the time to get to know each of our clients to provide them with the best possible service. We work closely with our clients, getting to know their lives and their values so that we can help them meet their personal and financial goals as their lives change over the years.

Glenn Busch, Esq. is a highly experienced attorney who focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions and estate planning. He has a long track record of helping families to succession plan their businesses in a tax-efficient manner and has worked on a wide variety of real estate transactions, from multifamily properties and large office buildings to smaller residences, cooperative apartments, and timeshares. Glenn is a graduate of the Boston University Questrom School of Business (concentration in accounting), Fordham Law School  (JD), and  New York University School of Law (LL.M Tax)

Before starting his law firm, Mr. Busch was associated with the Tax department of  Coopers and Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers), where he concentrated advising foreign clients in inbound US investments, Tenzer Greenblatt Fallon and Kaplan (now known as Blank Rome ) and Dreyer and Traub, two pre-eminent Manhattan real estate firms where he concentrated on real estate maters and tax and estate planning and the tax department of Walter Constan Alexander and Green (now Alston and Bird) where he concentrated on tax and corporate matters.

Mr. Busch is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Real Property, Estate, Tax and General Practice Sections of the American and New York  Bar Association, the Estate, Tax and Elder Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. In addition to his association activities, he has participated in seminars and has written articles on various tax, real estate and business issues.

In his free time Glenn enjoys spending time with family and friends,  skiing, tennis  and sailing and enjoying all that New York State and the surrounding areas offer.
